Principal Carol Sutton is a professional mediator who holds two certificates from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and uses a variety of techniques and methods to support clients in their efforts to improve interpersonal effectiveness. Understanding, managing and handling potential and existing conflict are at the heart of this work.

In addition, Carol is a member of MaxImpact Training & Development, a consortium offering programs in personal effectiveness, leadership skills, and management excellence. She also represents Mercan Recruit, a leader in overseas recruitment and placement for the hospitality, health care, construction, transportation, petroleum, and mining sectors, among others.
