Owen Walrond mourned
The Delta Chamber of Commerce lost a loyal office volunteer and friend of over five years with the death on June 8 of Owen Walrond from kidney and later heart failure. Owen immigrated to Canada in 1970 from Trinidad and worked in the silkscreen and printing industry. He volunteered for Delta Assist as well as the Delta Chamber. Our condolences go to Owen’s wife, Arva, and their family.
