Centennial Beach Waterfront Facility submission deadline

May 12, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. is the deadline for submitting expressions of Interest to finance, manage, design, construct and operate a free standing Public Service Building, Restaurant and Beach Food Concession at Centennial Beach located at Boundary Bay Regional Park.

Bike to Work Week, May 26 to June 1  
Bike to Work Week is a workplace wellness and community building program aimed at putting commuter cycling in the spotlight for one week in the spring. Emphasising incentive based challenges, workplace camaraderie, healthy living and environmental responsibility, Bike to Work Week seeks to expose the barriers, mental and physical, that tend to keep people from cycling.
